This schedule is tentative and subject to change. If the official exhibit hall schedule changes, all exhibitors will be notified in writing.
All exhibit personnel are expected to make travel arrangements in accordance with the official exhibit hall schedule. As a courtesy to other exhibitors and all conference attendees, exceptions to installation and other dismantle times will not be permitted on the basis of flight times or any other travel arrangements made by an exhibiting company or any employee of that exhibiting company.
LOCATION
The exhibition area will be located in Salle de bal centre on the 4th level of Le Centre Sheraton Montreal, 1201 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Montreal, Québec, H3B 2L7.
REGISTRATION
All exhibitors must register online by April 13, 2018. Once on site, exhibitors are to collect their individual name badges and applicable material from the registration desk. EXHIBIT/BOOTH SPACE
Each exhibit is one 8’x10’ space, including the following:
- One (1) skirted 6 ft. standard table
- Two (2) chairs
- One (1) power bar (15 amps/120 volts)
If you require additional electricity, extra furniture or any additional audio-visual equipment for your booth, please contact Sally Clelford no later than April 7th, 2018. Complimentary wireless access will be available to all exhibitors in the exhibit hall for the duration of the meeting.
FOR GOLD, SILVER AND PLATINUM SPONSORS
Sponsors at the silver, gold and platinum levels (typically those with more than a booth presence) are entitled to the following complimentary passes:
COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS TO CONFERENCE
Platinum ($30,000+): 2 full conference passes PLUS 6 passes to Thursday Opening Cocktail and Friday Cocktail with Vendors
Gold ($20,000-$30,000): 2 full conference passes PLUS 4 passes to Thursday Opening Cocktail and Friday Cocktail with Vendors
Silver ($10,000 -$20,000)-: 2 full conference passes PLUS 2 passes to Thursday Opening Cocktail and Friday Cocktail with Vendors
Additional passes are available for purchase:
- Additional Exhibit Hall Pass (access to exhibit hall only, including social events and meals): $180
- Additional Conference Pass (access to full-conference, including social events and meals): $410
