This is your chance to get involved with the CAR Journal (CARJ) and the Canadian radiology community! Volunteer positions are available for Editor-in-Training and with the CARJ Reviewer Mentorship Program. Taking part in reviewing literature for publication offers invaluable experience for those interested in the behind-the-scenes efforts that bring an academic journal to life.
“Volunteering with the CARJ helps residents to critically appraise radiological literature and facilitates academic advancement,” said Editor-in-Chief Dr. Michael Patlas, “including obtaining a competitive fellowship.”
The Editor-in-Training works closely with the Editor-in-Chief and has an opportunity to coauthor several invited editorials. In addition, the Editor-in-Training will participate in the mentorship program for residents.
Are you a trainee interested in learning more about how the CARJ is run and getting involved? We are looking for a new CARJ Editor-in-Training! More details can be found here: https://t.co/GNCBcQ2ECN
