The Canadian Association of Radiologists is excited to announce a partnership to deliver a customized clinical Community on The Rounds. The Rounds is a professional clinical network – developed in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Rounds networking platform supports physicians by improving connectivity, association collaboration and providing a secure portal for information sharing.
Each month, over 5,000 Canadian physicians login to The Rounds to access new information, clinical content, and take part in expert-led clinical discussions. As a new member of The Rounds through the CAR partnership, you will also be granted access to:
- Exclusive expert-led discussions in your areas of clinical interest
- The Rounds iOS app to enable more secure (text-based) group communication
- Encrypted live streaming capabilities
- Information and updates from other association partners
- Free access to McGraw Medical, a $995 value
The Rounds is eager to support the CAR objectives and improve connectivity with other medical specialties to improve patient outcomes. Boondoc has developed 26 association communities through collaborative partnerships. These communities serve a wide range of associations, and support over 20,000 Canadian physicians. A few of the Rounds featured partners include:

- The Society of Rural Physicians of Canada
The Rounds is a secure network. All data is housed on Canadian servers, and no personal information is accessible or shared with any third party. The Rounds is built to the Canadian hospital system requirements for data encryption (at rest and in transit), storage of member credentials, and adverse event reporting. All communications sent or received within our applications are encrypted with a 256-bit AES encryption, and our infrastructure has been developed using best-in-class service providers leveraging Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
