Interventional Radiologist – Thunder Bay
The Diagnostic Imaging Department at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) is currently seeking a fellowship trained Interventional Radiologist to join our Physician group.
Position Description:
The radiologist will conduct both diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures, including angiography, dialysis fistula maintenance, and arterial stenting. Additionally, they will be tasked with reporting on a variety of diagnostic studies, such as X-rays, ultrasounds, MR’s, and CT scans. Furthermore, they will work in conjunction with the Cardiovascular Program.
Skills & Assets:
The candidate will have specialist certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, or equivalent, and will be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Canadians and IMG (international Medical Graduates) candidates are all welcome to apply. The eligible candidate will be affiliated with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine University, with academic rank commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
