The Canadian Association of Radiologists is accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada to provide continuing professional development (CPD) for physicians. In collaboration with the CAR, the CARJ has developed a journal-based CPD activity, Insights4Imaging, to assist radiologists in reducing perceived and unperceived knowledge gaps related to research and clinical issues in radiology.
The CARJ self-assessment program has recently changed in branding and evolved. Now you can find the Insights4Imaging modules on the CAR’s learning management system, RAD Academy. Along with the shiny new look on RAD Academy, everything under the hood for Insights4Imaging has changed.
While there are five learning modules available, the CAR is releasing even more over the next couple of months. These new courses correspond to the following articles: Acute Aortic Syndrome: Yield of Computed Tomography Angiography in Patients With Acute Chest Pain and Interobserver Variation of Colonic Polyp Measurement at Computed Tomography Colonography.
Articles designated as CPD modules through the Insights4Imaging program offer distinct interactive learning modules for their respective article. Look for new modules, corresponding to the latest issue of the CARJ, coming soon!
