This is a reminder to submit your nominations for the CAR awards. We’ve extended the deadline to November 30th, so you have more time help acknowledge a colleague who’s committed to furthering radiology in Canada. We encourage all CAR members to submit a nomination to [email protected]
Recipients of CAR Awards (excluding the fellowship) will have all travel and accommodations for the ASM covered, including registration for the conference itself.
- Fellowship of the CAR
Awarded to an individual who demonstrates a history of service to the CAR as a volunteer, as well as leadership, clinical, scientific and professional accomplishments.
- CAR Gold Medal Award
Awarded to an individual for distinguished and extraordinary service to the CAR and the field of radiology.
- CAR Distinguished Career Achievement Award
Awarded to an individual who, over the course of their career, has made very significant contributions to radiology in Canada.
- CAR Young Investigator Award
Awarded to an individual for the quality and consistency of research conducted in the early phases of their career.
The deadline for nominations is November 30th, 2018.
Awards will be presented at the CAR 2019 annual scientific meeting.
