Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) Abstract Judge Opportunities
Looking to share your expertise and give back to your radiology community? Become an Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) abstract judge and play a key role in evaluating pioneering research, guiding the next generation of radiologists, and contributing to the advancement of our field.
The Scientific and Educational Competitions Judging Committee (SECJC) is looking for the following CAR Member judge volunteers:
- 2 Radiologists: two-year term, renewable twice
- 1 Resident: two-year term that is non-renewable
The members of this committee:
- Ensure fair and objective evaluation of submitted abstracts and accepted presentations for the CAR Annual Scientific Meeting
- Evaluate abstract submissions and presentations for appropriateness, adherence to guidelines, scientific validity, and merit
The online review takes place online annually in December as well as in March for the Educational Exhibit presentations. Judges for all other categories participate onsite in April during the Abstract Competition Presentation Sessions at the ASM.
