MIC Medical Imaging
MIC Medical Imaging (Edmonton, Alberta) is seeking a fellowship trained Diagnostic Neuroradiologist for a partnership track position. The candidate must be eligible for licensure by the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta and employable within Canada. Ideal candidates will hold an FRCPC in diagnostic radiology. Applicants should have a sound understanding of the importance of interdisciplinary relationships and an interest in leadership and practice building.
As Canada’s largest diagnostic imaging partnership, MIC’s over 100 radiologists have diverse interests and subspecialties. MIC provides exclusive diagnostic imaging services to Edmonton’s two largest tertiary care hospitals and numerous busy community hospitals. MIC owns and operates 13 community clinics in the greater Edmonton area.
The MIC affiliated hospitals represent pillars in the clinical teaching facilities of the University of Alberta Hospitals system and the MIC practice assumes primary responsibility for postgraduate training of residents in the University of Alberta Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine programs. MIC radiologists also strongly contribute to research within the academic Department of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging within the University of Alberta.
