Radiology Position for Interventional Radiology or Body Imager with essential IR skills at Joseph Brant Hospital.
The Department of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging at Joseph Brant Hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained interventional radiologist or body radiologist with essential interventional radiology skills to join the Department on a full-time basis.
You will be joining a team which includes highly skilled and experienced interventionalists. This is an ideal opportunity to help contribute to a highly functioning IR section in a supportive environment while addressing the burgeoning needs of the community.
Joseph Brant Hospital is a busy, full-service community hospital servicing the City of Burlington with a population of 200,000. Our Medicine program has three inpatient units, with more than 4,000 inpatient admissions per year, totaling more than 30,000 patient days and sub-specialty consultation services including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Haematology, Neurology, Respirology, Medical Oncology, Infectious Diseases, and Palliative Care. Our Surgical comprehensive surgical program includes: Vascular, Gynaecology, Plastics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, and General Surgery. Our hospital has a 24-bed ICU with dialysis in the ICU, a Cancer Centre, and an Emergency Department with more than 47,000 patient visits per year.

Joseph Brant Hospital is the site of the Burlington Clinical Education Campus affiliated with McMaster University. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute as a clinician teacher at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (or equivalent) and registration with (or eligibility for) the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario are required.
