Our current equipment includes IntelePACS, InteleRIS 7, and Dragon, with an exciting transition to a full Powerscribe One and WFO environment in early 2024, driven by Khailo worksheets and MedInformatix RIS.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, supervision, interpretation, and reporting of diagnostic imaging studies to advance the medical and surgical care of patients referred to us.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of accomplished medical professionals, including technologists, nurses, medical office assistants, Radiologists, Physiatrists, and Perinatologists.
- Cultivate strong patient relationships through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centric approach.
- Develop superb relationships with referring physicians to inspire their confidence in our ability to support them in caring for their patients, including formal and informal CME.
- General body ultrasound; MSK, breast, obstetrical, and vascular ultrasound.
- Image-guided MSK and basic spine procedures for pain management, under both fluoroscopy and ultrasound as applicable.
- Screening and diagnostic mammography
- General radiography
- Bone mineral densitometry
What We’re Looking For
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Diagnostic Radiology, or equivalent
- College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta full licensure eligibility, Diagnostic Radiology
- Canadian Association of Radiologists mammography accreditation or eligibility
- CMPA membership
- Eligible for an Alberta Health billing number and practitioner ID
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both with patients and a multidisciplinary medical team

- Remuneration for this position is provided as a fixed percentage of the fee for service billing, which is stable, recurring, and highly competitive.
