Radiologist and Health Sciences Clinical Professor – University of California Irvine

Due to planned growth of imaging services, the Department of Radiological Sciences anticipates openings for full-time professorial position in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor Series for clinicians with expertise in any of the following subspecialties:

Breast Imaging
Abdominal Radiology
Cardiovascular and Thoracic Radiology
Musculoskeletal Radiology
Nuclear Medicine/Molecular Imaging
Neuroradiology
Vascular and Interventional Radiology

Position includes clinical service, participation in research programs and teaching of medical students and residents. Academic appointment rank (Assistant, Associate, or full Professor) and will be recommended based on training and experience. Candidates must be American Board of Radiology board certified or eligible and eligible for a California medical license.

The University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange is a 411-bed tertiary and quaternary care hospital with all residencies. A new satellite hospital campus is scheduled to open in mid 2024. There are collegial relationships with all services. UCI offers competitive salary and excellent benefits with an incentive plan.
