The countdown to CAR 2025 is in the final week!
Canada’s can’t-miss radiology event takes place from April 3-6 in Montréal, and we hope to see you there.

Travel
There are several easy ways to travel to Montreal. VIA Rail stops at Central Station, which is a short walk or taxi ride away from the venue.
If you are flying into the city, there is a great network of taxis to bring you to Le Westin quickly and efficiently. Don’t forget to check out the CAR’s discounts on train trips and flights!
Hotel
Once again, the amazing host hotel of the CAR’s Annual Scientific Meeting is Le Westin Montréal.
The venue features spacious rooms, complimentary WI-FI, 24-hour room service, and is a convenient walk to the event.

Registration
Be sure to complete your CAR 2025 online registration ahead of time to ensure a smooth welcome visit.
You can pick up your event pass at the Registration booth on the 9th floor.

Update your profile pic or online biography with a new headshot. Attendees can get a free professional headshot taken on Friday, April 4 during the Vendor Cocktail.
There will also be a digital, red-carpet photo booth set up during the Trainee & Early Career Reception and CAR Awards Reception as a fun way to highlight your experience.
