This CHAR National Grand Rounds session is hosted by Queens University.

This presentation will review mass casualty incidents from both emergency medicine and radiology perspectives, with emphasis on how triage, standards of care, and imaging priorities change during a surge. It will also highlight practical strategies for radiology preparedness, including workflow adaptation, rapid reporting, surge capacity, and integration with hospital incident command.
