Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to support and expand our comprehensive breast imaging program. This is an exciting opportunity to practice within a growing regional centre that values subspecialty expertise and patient-centered care. RVH’s diverse case mix enables the development of dedicated breast imaging workflows, allowing radiologists to focus on screening, diagnostic imaging, and image-guided procedures within their specialty.

The Medical Radiology Program
Our department is well-equipped with advanced imaging technology and supports a wide range of breast imaging services, including digital mammography, breast ultrasound, and MRI. As a regional referral centre, RVH provides exposure to complex pathology while maintaining a balanced and sustainable workload.

Call Responsibilities
All members of the Department of Medical Imaging are expected to participate in the on-call rota, contributing to after-hours and weekend coverage in a fair and equitable manner alongside departmental colleagues.

Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Royal College certification (or eligibility)
• Fellowship training or significant experience in breast imaging preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration
