This CHAR National Grand Rounds session is hosted by Université de Montréal.
Breast cancer cryoablation is emerging as a minimally invasive treatment option for carefully selected patients with early-stage disease. This presentation will review the current evidence supporting its efficacy, examine patient selection criteria and the practical considerations involved in establishing a cryoablation program and integrating it into the multidisciplinary management of breast cancer. A step-by-step overview of procedural technique will also be provided.
