In this webinar, participants will learn about the CAR’s Radiology Leadership Program, the program components, the objectives, and anticipated goals for participants. Dr. Frank Lexa will explore why it’s important for radiologists to take on leadership projects and roles, and how radiologists at any career stage can begin to lead, even without a formal title. He’ll share practical strategies to help radiologists prepare for their first leadership role and how to avoid common pitfalls faced by new leaders. There will be a facilitated Q & A session at the end to address comments and questions.
