The Department of Medical Imaging at the Jewish General Hospital (JGH), a McGill University-affiliated tertiary care teaching hospital, is seeking a fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join our dynamic and collegial group of academic radiologists.
The successful candidate will contribute to a high-volume academic practice with a focus on advanced cardiac and thoracic imaging, while also participating in the interpretation of all general diagnostic imaging studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret Cardiac CT Angiography (CCTA) and Cardiac MRI
- Interpret thoracic CT examinations, including oncologic and screening imaging
- Participate in multidisciplinary cardiac and thoracic conferences
- Contribute to general radiology service coverage, including CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound
- Emergency and inpatient imaging
- Participate in departmental call responsibilities
Certifications and Qualifications:
- Hold certification in Diagnostic Radiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent)
- Be eligible for licensure in the Province of Quebec
- Have completed fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging, Cardiac Imaging, or an equivalent subspecialty
- Demonstrate expertise in the interpretation of Cardiac CT and Cardiac MRI
- Possess strong general radiology skills
- Be committed to excellence in patient care, teaching, and collaboration
