As a regional referral centre with a broad and complex patient population, RVH offers a rich and varied neuroradiology case mix. We are actively advancing toward a subspecialty-based practice model, enabling neuroradiologists to focus on neuro imaging rather than rotating through modality-based assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The department is equipped with state-of-the-art CT and MRI technology and supports a wide range of neurological and spine imaging. Close collaboration with neurology and stroke teams provides an engaging and clinically integrated practice environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subspecialty-focused neuroradiology workflow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-volume, diverse neuro and spine imaging cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative relationships with clinical neuroscience teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to influence program development and growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balanced workload in a supportive team setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Call Responsibilities<br>All members of the Department of Medical Imaging are expected to participate in the on-call rota, contributing to after-hours and weekend coverage in a fair and equitable manner alongside departmental colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Royal College certification (or eligibility)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fellowship training in neuroradiology preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong commitment to patient-centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About RVH<\/strong><br>Located in the vibrant and rapidly growing city of Barrie, just north of the GTA and nestled along the shores of Kempenfelt Bay.
