All abstracts must be submitted in English. The proper forms located on the online portal must be completed in order for the CAR to accept the submissions.
If an abstract is accepted elsewhere for presentation, it must indicate the date, location and for which event.
All abstracts must have a maximum of 250 words and be text-based (In addition to one table, charts or graph in JPEG or PDF format).
The only exception is for the Educational Exhibit abstracts, where authors have up to an additional 80-word section to complete on the background of their submission.
The abstract submission must contain the following sections listed below - abstracts missing a section will not be reviewed.
Departmental Clinical Audit Project [Trainees Only]

- Methods (describing what data is collected and how it is collected)
- Results (first cycle is mandatory in the abstract)
- Interventions / Action Plan /Discussion (this section is expected to be expanded in the final oral presentation)
- Conclusions
